Estimated delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout. As a general guide:
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (seasonal sales, public holidays), dispatch and delivery times may be longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. Many of our country stores offer free standard shipping above a minimum order threshold — check your local store's shipping policy for the current offer.
For international orders not covered by a local store, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item received).

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and (for damaged items) photographs. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address for your region.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — you will need to initiate a return once the item arrives. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
